## What VenturePulse Does

VenturePulse gives founders, investors, advisors, and AI agents real-time intelligence on venture capital activity, investor theses, pitch deck evaluation, term sheet interpretation, cap table mechanics, global accelerators, market sizing, startup legal formation, and investor due diligence.

All endpoints return structured JSON. All require x402 micropayment in USDC on Base mainnet.

Search recent VC funding rounds by sector, stage, and region. Returns recent deals with amounts, lead investors, and valuations; active investor list with thesis; funding trends; and investor sentiment.

Score a pitch deck or company description against Sequoia, a16z, and YC evaluation frameworks. Returns dimension scores (problem, solution, market, model, traction, team, moat, ask), specific improvement notes, VC challenge questions, and top 3 fixes.

Decode any term sheet. Plain-English explanations of every clause, founder-hostile red flags (participating preferred, full-ratchet anti-dilution, >1x liquidation preference), market norm comparisons, and specific negotiation guidance.
